Okay, joy of joys for someone who loves music videos, I have my own! Very relaxing for anybody who's had a hard day at work ?

Well done Viccy! I wasn't too sure of the lighting at first (being behind you 'n all, you were in shadow), but it worked out nicely later in the video when the sun lighting your hair framed your face in a halo. ?
Next step - prancing around a stage with a headset mic and a team of dancers in leather underwear? ?

Thanks Alan! Yes, I agree, but I think he did it to keep some sort of flow or continuity through the video.
"prancing around a stage with a headset mic and a team of dancers in leather underwear?".. funny you should mention that, me and the band were talking about that just last night, except I'll wear the leather and they'll wear skimpy firemen suits ?
Next video should be quite interesting, we've been coming up with lots of ideas!

I think the lighting is great!
Maybe add some forest ambience (water, bird sounds) next time.. or is that too cheesy?
[deleted]
Nah not cheesy at all, that was actually on the cards, but got left out somehow. Next one won't be in a forest, but some ambient sounds will be good to add.

Hey Viccy... that was very cool. Thanks.

Wow! Nicely done Viccy.
In case it hasn't been mentioned before, you're such a monster player! :goodtimes:

Thanks Pete and Arjun, it's privilege and a pleasure

How did it take me a full month to see this thread? ??? This is well cool, Viccy. You have such a clean style. There are two things with nylon guitar that quicky stands out if done wrong; sloppy playing (unintentionally muted strings) and mechanical playing. Your style is exactly the opposite of that. I love how fluid your phrasings are and the notes are crisp and clean.

Thanks so much Deefstes! Yeah, there's those two and then there's timid playing, (well I guess that's the same as mechanical playing) that I heart a lot as well. I'm still getting used to belting it out in front of the mic...of course the tendency to want to play it safe is still strong, but hopefully with more practicing.... I will reach the pot of gold....or something like that.
