Yeah, it's quite a cool guitar, very versatile. Sound wise it's very good, both as an acoustic/electric and an electric hollow body.
The only thing is the feel, it's a bit weird to be playing an electric guitar that feels like an acoustic. But ja, it's got good tone, for
what it is.

The PH2 is very cool. I never ever like phaser and wouldn't actually have got one, but someone gave me this one. When i played it i really, really liked it straight away. I then realised all the phasers i had used had been some digital pedal or multi fx thing and it all made sense. ?

I bought the laney for about R6500 from a music shop in Joburg. Don't want to say which one cause i don't think thats a normal price. Being a 5 watt it is never really squeaky clean, which is exactly what i want, as you said... Run it past breakup and let the od do the rest.

The sound is really working for me and i can't wait to get my nocaster pups!

Hey, of course i don't mind...
I did A LOT of research with these in ears and have to say that i'm very happy with the choice. I have used sennheisers ie4's and the old shure e2's before. I bought the scl 5's from sweetwater they were about $400. It was between the shure and sennheiser ie8, i haven't tried the ie8, but they look great, they just took too long to come out. I also got molded sleeves for my ears, i highly recommend this...

The laney lionheart is the absolute poison, seriously, i have played through a lot of amps and rate this one big time. I can't say it enough. Its a 5w, but it is loud and you can get the tone you want with going deaf. That 20w head must sound great.
