This arrived yesterday...excuse the bad quality pic..and the "Fragile. This side up" sticker ? Now let's see some guesses.

Or a Dual Rectifier?

Hey Shibbibilybob...here's a grand piano sized clue, but it's not a Vox

Reinhard

Peavey Classic 30?

No can't be, I think they have 4xEL84

Shibbibilybob

The Grand piano bit has to be a clue. hhhmmmm, any piano manufacturers also build tube amps?

Manfred-Klose

Very nice Arjun! How are you enjoying the tones?

ezietsman

Congrats!

rikus

Nice one!!! Congrats dude!!

arjunmenon

Thank you kind gents.

I've only managed to plug in for less than 5 mins yesterday and at very low volumes at that (my sister in law is down from JHB with her 7 week old daughter, making it very difficult to make a noise).

Before i get to the tones, the aesthetics are just fantastic. Fit & finish are top notch.
It even smells nice ?

The tones - From what i managed to experience, the controls are all uber-interactive. At low volume, bass is plummy without flabbing out.
Tops are chimey. This is an unforgiving amp (20 seconds in, i found out what a rubbish player i am), but this is a good thing for me - hopefully it will make me a better player.
Very dynamic/touch sensitive.

The reverb (long pan iinm) is unreal. The reflections can go from subtle to cavernous without any clangy-ness. I liked it at 9 o'clock - added enough air for chords and a nice aura for single notes.

I'll try and sort out some video & audio soon.

Perfect choice! Enjoy.

Congrats Arjun! Enjoy!

Yeah, I found exactly the same thing with the Jericho. Except, knowing your skill, you can imagine how much more challenging it is for me. But I love it ?

Bob-Dubery

The sticker gives it away! It's a thing that should be balanced on it's corner.

Re: the line in bold...

Looks awesome ? Any more details on the specs.

EDIT: I see it's a Brit 15 R. So used to seeing custom Craig's on the forum now ?

Congratulations Arjun, that's pretty awesome ...... :goodtimes:

chris77

Oooooooooooh, that's nice. :applause: Love the tolex and trim, and being a Craig you know that it looks even better on the inside!

Congrats man, enjoy.

And here I was going to offer my guess of a Two Rock. Oh well ?
See you for brekkie tomorrow hopefully with that amp in-hand!
Again huge congrats! I know how excited you were about receiving this little jewel.

arjunmenon

Thank you guys. Kudos to Benjamin actually for making a wonderful amp.
