So far, no electronics issues. All switches and pots are noise free and functioning as expected. I tested these in the shop before buying. I had a quick look under the skin yesterday and the wiring looks neat and joints well soldered. I am sure I could easily upgrate the pots and switch to better quality ones later if they start giving problems and am toying with the idea of changing the PU's but the Entwistle are doing the job adequately for now.
I did a set up last night, lowered the bridge and checked the intonation (spot on!) so I am good to go. Played through my bands play list testing out various tones and am very happy.
Tuned my Ibanez Roadster II 540R to open G as well so I can play slide without having to de-tune and re-tune (hell on a floating bridge!). Now I am all set up guitar-wise, another step closer to my dream setup.
