Hiscox all the way! Only cases I use now when I have a choice. Unfortunately though, they don't seem to be easily available here, and when they are they cost a blooming fortune! Having said that, so do SKB (my second choice).
I had my 'very expensive to replace' 6 string bass inside a Hiscox, when British airways decided to abuse my pride and joy.... Got to the other end, the case was cracked, dented, and scratched to bits, but the bass was totally unscathed inside! The case looked like one of the airline tow trucks had ran over it! I still use that case today for the bass at my church. Still does the job, albeit rather scruffily!
As for the above pictured case, nice looking case that, and really does suit the Fender well. I'm sure they'll be very happy together!
