Yes, old-timey. But "folk" is a broad church and has pretty porous boundaries. That stuff would not have been out of place coming from one of those 60's jug bands - The Even Dozen or Jim Kweskin's band.

great stuff.... i love watching bands like that ........ and interesting mix ...old jazzy / ragtime influenes, some jug band and some folk/acoustic vibe .also some skiffle band flavour from late 40's /50's ..loved that they dressed up and projected an image and that "show biz" look and feel really makes it a very appealing project
