I friend of mine was selling of some gear to finance other gear. As i have played this guitar a couple of times before,I new exactly what I was buying.
Even though he is a friend there was still bargining and in the end we settle on a price that we both were happy about.
So here is the new addition to the family, a 2005 Gibson Les Paul Classic
I'm not the biggest fan of black guitars but this is an awesome player and it has awesome tone and it doesn't look half bad in black. I am considdering changing all the "plastics" to black as well. It has the same pups as my SG but has totally different tone. I still need to get use to the weight difference between the SG and LP, will need to do some extra back exercises!!!
