Been getting a whole lot of great deals lately so you bet I wanna show off my stuff to my fellow forumites! And Chabs asked for gear pics a while back and I didn't have the time back then... Still don't now but I'm procrastinating with all that uni work!

The 12 String:
Cort Earth 200/12
Great condition... Suffering a few scratches but for the price I got it, I'm not gonna complain! ?
And the lady I bought it off was nice enough to include the hardcase AND she threw in a Don Lace soundhole pickup! ? ? ?

Also was wondering if any wise GFSA'ers would be willing to enlighten me on the correct way to treat this beautiful instrument (it's both my first 12 string AND my first acoustic!) Any nuggets of wisdom welcome!

The Wah Wah:
An Ernie Ball Wah in great condition bought off TeleVic
I'm seriously loving this pedal!

The Harmonicas:
2 Honher Super Chromonica 270's (C and G)
quite old and suffering some damage but still play well!

Now for the gear ?
My Amps and effects:

Roland AC90 Chorus and a Marshall MS4 mini stack
The AC90 has great clarity and the MS$ has got some real kahuna's for a pocket amp! Plus plenty of growl like its bigger brothers!

Cort CM10 and Ibanez MIMX65
CM10 came with my first guitar and it actually rocks hard so I don't plan on getting rid of it any time soon...
The Ibanez is pretty epic! Loads of models and effects to play around with when you're bored, memory banks to save your funky creations on and other cool stuff like a drum machine and tuner ? It's a solid state (Gasp!) but if I wanted warmth, I'd use a space heater...... ?

Wah Wah and Fuzz. What more do you need? Oh ya... A Tubescreamer!

The Guitars (and Uke!):

From the back left: Cort Yorktown, Cort X-1, Cort GB35A, Cort Earth 200/12 (Something weird going on here... I just can't place it....) and my Aria AU120 ukulele ?

Optional Extras:

Rosewood string box. You gotta have a string box.

Choklit Bhai, I love the semi and the twelve string! The harmonicas are also pretty neat! Jealaaass!

Do you play your Ukelele? If you're trying to score with the fairer sex by playing a ukelele I think that you should be careful dude! ?

@Paul If only I was as good as the gear I owned ? And once I get a decent mic to mic up my amp I can do some recordings!

@Chabs Thanks man! The hollow was definitely a prize for me! Got it almost half off at a sale! Went in to buy an acoustic and fell in love with this one! I need to switch back to flatwounds to get that warm jazzy tone though! Those harmonicas were a great deal! I'm still getting used to them (Size and weight) as I'm used to a little 10 hole chinese jobbie I started on... As for the Uke... Chicks DIG it ?
As for the table.. It doubles as a pool table! But I know for sure my dad would never bequeath it to me.... He would never trust me with that nice a slab of wood... I wouldn't either! You know a table this size would make a whole lotta body blanks ?

@Psean You know I still haven't picked up that trem! ? I've had NO time with all this uni work I've had to do! The plan was for it to go onto the Yorktown but I'm a bit wary of drilling the body... If there's a way to mount it without screwing it in I'll definitely try that! But again I have to pick it up first :'( But hey if you do manage to get a hollow just drop me a PM and I'll tell you if I haven't collected it because then you can have a go ?

@Coynegfsa Thanks man! It's still building up but I'm happy with it ? As for the luck thing... Maybe half of it is... The other is sending emails and smses really fast and willingness to travel ? I'm from the east rand... It's always too far for everyone else to travel here, but nothing's ever too far for us :? but seriously I've had to drive far outta my way for some of these... But totally worth it! ?

@RJN I think a well fitting strings box is what separates the boys from the men ? I actually built this one with my uncle before he went back to canada hey. He likes woodwork (like my dad) and I like guitars (and woodwork when it comes to making guitars) so we figured this would be a cool chilled project that combines the two ?

Anyone else notice how messy my study is?? I'm only noticing now and I'm in here every day! ???
