10 000 copies of my first issue delivered tomorrow - its called The Greenstone Guide and is a community newspaper for the Greenstone and Modderfontein areas...

Thanks Jack - bought the greenstoneguide.co.za and have a low res PDF version of the first issue available, but to be honest, I just havent had the time to go digital yet - I need to though, so hopefully within a month or two

Yeah, overwhelming actually. ? Plenty of calls and emails so far and lots of advertising enquiries which is good!

Thanks again guys - yeah, I think it could succeed cos its going to such a niche; only estates and complexes, young professionals, homeowners with disposable income and literally all within under 5 minutes of hundreds of shops and restaurants - I dont think it would do well elsewhere.

And if the profit allows me to ad to my guitar collection, then so be it 8)

Well here's the cover of the first issue eventually (second one goes to print tomorrow night). Gone for more of a clean, modern, magazine-like design.

Time flies when you're busy... issue 7 goes to print early next week and still going well. Breaking even, maybe making a bit of profit when the revenue all comes in (I am owed enough to cover the printing costs of the next two editions...) Well, our website is up with low-res versions of the issues to download - check out www.greenstoneguide.co.za
