Manfred-Klose For those that know LARK, this is the same vocalist with a different line up. debut album up for free download. very weird music, but some of you may enjoy it. www.bit.ly/WkhXrx or you could go via the facebook page, the link is there as well https://www.facebook.com/BEASTBAND?ref=ts&fref=ts
Psean I've been listening to this for a while now. I didn't find it that weird but it's pretty cool. Two bassists, no six string. The rest of the band come from Taxi Violence and The Plastics. What do you guys think about the two basses thing?
Jack-Flash-Jr Digging it ? I think it's a whole package... more interesting than their respective bands imho.
Psean It's definitely an interesting album and I enjoy listening to it. The thing I'm not entirely sold on is the two basses. Some interesting tones andd cool riffs but it sounds to me like the one bass is trying to be a guitar and that it's two basses for the sake of having two basses (but why the hell not, I suppose ? )
Psean nicovlogg wrote You can only judge this band after seeing them live.. amazing energy! I missed them when they came to JHB ☹ Will have to see them some time.
21Fretter I love what Inge Beckman does with Lark but I'm a bit torn with Beast. The melodies she wrote at times unsettle my ears, shreaky highs.
