Hey guys
Me and my friend have been looking for a drummer and bassist for the last year and a half and no luck. But what I've noticed the last couple of months is that there seems to be less and less musos available or I'm looking at the wrong websites or something?
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Cheers
I'm in Johannesburg and its a real problem finding musicians/bands or other to join. Posted a add a while ago(expired since then) asking where all musicians are. Seems bassists are rear or all have to much work or are busy etc. Also one only hears from people when they need someone. It should be easier to find any type of musician via the internet. Some nice project for someone who can do this.
Joined Musolist(not the most userfriendly site I find) So now I hope I will be found when needed. Am currently practising with a nice bunch of old muscians that simply like to make music, money is not important. We just play what we like to play and enjoy it. Would like to join a Big-Band as well as I like this type of music but they are to scares ( I know of one each in JHB and PTA) and they want all double bass players.
Where are you from and what type of music do you play/want the bassist to play etc ? Reference to facebook page or website would be helpfull. Send me email and I'll provide details.
