I just relised how depressed this topic made me☹...there is so much i want its not even funny, from recording gear to guitar gear...i wish father christmas was real,i would kidnap him and make him make/buy me all my gear i want?

Riaan

Just had a great idea for a Christmas present...a clone of myself. That way I could send the clone to work everyday to earn us some money, and I could stay at home and play guitar, record, go for lessons, master the software and so on. Will need to find a way to keep the clone away from my wife though... ?

But seriously...Guitar Rig 3 and Absynth full versions instead of the demo's I'm using now, a dedicated music recording PC, a nice Taylor acoustic. And an American Fender Strat Deluxe. Oh yes, and a nice Ovation 12 string. And a nice bass. And more time to play all these things...!

AlanRatcliffe

nice Ovation

That's an oxymoron. ?

I need (in order of importance):
A very large desk
A quad-core PC
A 16 Ohm amp attenuator
A fretless electric guitar
A matched pair of Rode NT5 or Oktava MC012 small diaphragm condensers
A really good mic preamp
A pair of corner bass traps

All going well, I should have most of those by the end of 2009. ?

LMinnie
