Who is the official Strymon dealer in SA ?

There is no Strymon dealer at the moment. You can order direct from strymon.net, so expect shipping costs and VAT.

uhm... well, they send you a US power supply, so i hope you have a different power supply you can power the pedal with.

but the pedal works here, provided the adapter in 9v centre neg.
