well i had a gig in northcliff on friday evening so went thru a hint early to catch ronnie at "all bang and strummit" before he closed....... and yes he knows what i like and dug out this 70's Yamaha in "mint" condition and all original and said he thought it would suit my style... damn i hate it when people are always right ?
so i played on it for 10 min and paid the man ........
ok so not sure what model number or year it is...... it's a es 335 copy in some ways but uniquely original in others ....... ronnie said it's from the 70's ... he coulda mentioned a model number but i was too busy enjoying it to hear if he did....
so anyone know what this is .........all i know it's incredibly 'mint' for a 40 odd year old guitar if it's 70's and it's unique with it's design ... enough to intruige me and of course the price was right .......... serial number is engraved in last fret , says yamaha and made in japan
any help in identifying this is welcome
