happy chords

I was wondering, we all know there are chords that sound sad, I've heard people say that the d minor is the saddest sounding chord, so i wondered if there is a happiest sounding chord or chord progression, maybe a scale that makes you happy? For me just being able to play the guitar makes me happy though. ?

Very sad sounding is A min to E min

Happy sounding is any major chord change eg. A to D to E

"In love" sounding is typically say A to C#min to B min to E

My playing also seems to have that effect on people, no matter what key I play in ?

Personally I think the saddest chord is a power chord (ducks)
