Esquire-ification of an SX

So gerhardbekker asked me to mod a bargain SX tele that he picked up into an Esquire. Here's the ingredients.

Stripped off the black top of the body (I'm not refinishing it here, just pimping it out a bit). Looks like some nice grain, poplar?

Danish Oil

And arguably the best tele lead pickup out there

The pickguard's not perfect, but that's easy to change. Sounds fat! Strung up with 11's, and the Arlo West wiring.

Thanks guys - the vinyl was Gerhard's idea, it came out nice tho a bit rough, would like another crack at that theme sometime.
