I was also recently introduced to Lana Del Rey and am now a huge fan, her work is great, I particularly like her song Carmen! Her overall sound and feel is amazing!
Was also introduced to the beautiful music of Lucy Rose, 1 yotube comment described her as being a female Ben Howard which I think is a pretty good description:

Another 2 worth checking out is Cary Ann Hearst from Shovel and Rope. Her/There stuff is amazing, this is my favorite group and artist at the moment. They write such brilliant songs!
