NGD! Another one joins the collection!

So I recently spotted a bargain, and had to act fast, and this was the result....

I am now the proud new owner of a PRS SE 'ONE' Korina....

Fitted with a single P90, with nothing but a volume, its simplicity at its best! The guitar itself was absolutely immaculate, in as new condition, so I'm really feeling pleased with my little bargain! It plays wonderfully, and whilst needs a little tweaking, and a fresh set of strings, its very very playable as it is! A bit more 'brassy' and aggressive sounding than I prefer, but a very nice addition to the family regardless!

Only guitar GAS now is for a Hollow body/Semi-Hollow body, so once I sell my bits n bobs, I may have more news?

I like the simplicity of this guitar. It would be good to hear what it sounds like with the P90.

Ah! You got it...

LP junior types are always fun. They are like P-basses - a certain elegant simplicity, but nowhere to hide! Yes, they can be raucus and aggressive, but a good P90 will mellow and sweeten up when you turn down the volume a bit.

Hi I'm Gareth, and I'm *chokes back the tears*.... I'm a GASoholic!! ?

Thanks for the kind responses! It is a really nice guitar, although fairly limited to 'that sound', but its a decent sound... Completely different to my LTD, although because the LTD is rather versatile, I can get a similar sound from that, but its not quite the same.

I guess a bit of time with it will tell whether it is going to fit into the 'scene' or not, but for now, I'm just going to enjoy it, and should I decide it doesn't quite sit right with my 'needs', then I should have no problem recouping my outlay for it?!

But lets hope it doesn't come to that!
