Hi all , bought an old Ibanez CP 9 compressor pedal.The op amp apppeared to be faulty,ordered a new one and fitted it... and now the pedal makes a humming noise. My powersupply is a Dunlop DC Brick 450 ma. Is there any way to eliminate the humming noise ? Thanks C..

This is probably a question for the electrical engineer types to answer, as it will depend largely on why it is humming.
Have you tried it on battery to see if it still hums? Checked the input, output and DC jacks to make sure they are all making proper contact?
