Custom Shop VOS LP Special on gumtree

The seller says it is a VOS model, but I found the following issues:

The case has a shroud and I believe the VOS models come in a black CS case with a different interior (actually it looks like the case says Gator?)
Seems to be a Nashville bridge?
I don't know what pickup he put in the bridge, but I am sure the VOS ones don't come with a bridge pup like that.
The finish looks like the faded type finish gibson uses on the cheaper models.

What do you guys think? Misrepresented Gibson USA model?

The bridge and tailpiece look very new? Anyway, serial number check would sort you out pretty quick, wouldn't it?

Case is definitely a Gator. I have one of them.

*Edit* Couple of other things are off now that I look at it:

1.) Custom Shop 1960 LP Special VOS Doublecut has a MOP headstock inlay. The one in the ad looks silkscreened.
2.) Custom Shop 1960 LP Special VOS Doublecut has a wraptail. No separate bridge and tailpiece.
3.) the Bridge PUP in the guitar in the ad has 2 rows of polepieces, not one.

That's one of the faded special series that they released around what, 2002?
They came in gig bags, so that would explain the Gator case.
Also, look at the logo, it's silk screened and new looking.

There the model is on zzounds.
If I recall they retailed for around R8000 10 years ago.
I would be very very surprised if the serial number didn't show that guy off to be an 01, 02, 03 ish model.

It's something from the early Gibson but if you have opportunity to play it, then this would be the best option ?

Pickup is a replacement, big deal. But as you point our Reinhard, no one pulls out an abr bridge and sinks lugs for a Nashville. I still have no idea why they still use Nashville bridges on Gibson USA, but it's safe to say no one would go to the trouble of swapping for one. TRC should be of the long, '50s LP variety too, right, not the shorter modern version.

Someone actually did that on my ES-345, but they used conversion posts, so it still has an ABR. Fortunately with the neck angle the ABR is so low you can't really see the bushings.
