Howdy.
I hadn't posted the SG88 I bought from Lance a few months ago (which is fantastic). But I added a sibling over Christmas so I thought I'd do a double. TNTD - Two new Tokais day. ?
I've never had a LP before, so it's taking a bit of getting used to. But it's a wonderfully built guitar! The previous owner wore a belt a bit too often but the top is superb and the action is perfect. Next restring I'll give everything a good clean.

Awesome! Congrats. The LS160s are great guitars.
A bit of buckle rash (and the patina just starting to show on the pups) are all part of the guitar's ageing - no fake "relicing", just honest playing wear. Some guys think they don't look right until these things have started happening (plus maybe when the finish starts to matt). Last time I saw a pic of Singemonkey's LS150 it was getting to the "just right" stage and it looked great.

Congrats again mate!! I'm a bit jealous of that SG of yours. I hope to add one to the family some time soon!
But beautiful guitars man! ?

Congrats indeed :applause:
Wow. That LS is beautiful. Plain top LP's are my favourite kind and your's look amazing. (I'm sure it sounds like a million bucks too hey... 8))
The buckle rash and that nice wear on the pick-up covers just indicates that is a guitar worth playing and is a badge of honour imo.
