Hey guys, there is a new Internet Radio Station coming to SA focussing on all types of music.

The only rules are that the copyright must belong to you, if it does not please mention so in the email.

The station will be launching in the near future, and will also interview local artists - with studios set up in Pretoria and Klerksdorp.

I believe this is a great opportunity for artists to get their music heard on the rotation or even be invited for an interview at a later stage.

The first time that this thread came up, nothing happened, soooooooo, let's see this time - i've just sent 2 of my recorded songs to them????

OK, so, i've had a reply from them, i sent 2 of my songs, soooooo let's see. I also don't believe that nobody else has put any of their music up. There is so much complaining of no hope for music here in SA, and here is a golden opportunity to be heard. Just try getting ANYTHING on to the big local stations and see how far you get.

Yeah the closest I got was 1 song, 1 play on OFM with a telephone interview, not complaining but it really is nearly impossible to get on rotation - especially if you don't do pop.

Other place I was really successful, it is not local however, is untapped radio.
