DaFiz I auditioned a new bass guitarist last night and he came with a valve amp that started strong and then fizzled and died (how embarrassing for the young dude) It's an old 4 valve top (100W dunno what make) with a separate cab (4 x 12") Where can he take it to in Cape Town?

DaFiz Mmm... thanx for the advice guys. The man is adamant that a good klap will bring it back to life again. I certainly won't plug him into my PA again... My last bass amp was the Ashdown Mag300 and what a kick-ass amp that was. I dunno why we ought to battle with and old temperamental valve amp that duzzent even come to the party >☹
