Anyone else been a victim of scams lately?
Seems as we're nearing the holiday season the crime in JHB has sky rocketed,,,
I was recently a victim of fraud where R1000 >☹ was withdrawn out of my account, presumably by a cloned debit card, and another colleague has had stuff billed to her credit card, and everyone I speak to has either been hijacked or robbed, or knows someone that has been recently.....
SO, not to bring down the mood of this forum, but keep your credit cards/PIN numbers etc,etc, out of reach and perhaps step up the security at home, on your Internet access and anywhere where your security can be compromised..
AND LOCK AWAY THOSE INSTRUMENTS!!! (make sure your insurance is updated too),,,
