I'm looking for some good quality 500k push pull pots, shielded hookup wire and also some shielding tape to fix up my bass...
And places sellin these at a reasonable price near Benoni or jhb?

Try Music Connection - they have a decent array of spare parts. Or any shop where they do repairs on the premises

would you recommend getting the parts from a music shop? Could I get the same parts from a hardware store or is the quality different?

the pots you could get at gt electronics in boksburg..
the wire too! ?
or at any other electronics store.. there are a few in jhb! boksburg especially...

many music stores too, but they'll charge a higher premium!
