I subscribe to a few magazines, some local and some from over yonder. Only one music magazine though - Acoustic Guitar for a few years now. The rest is knife and gun and girly mags. I like the magazine and delivers early and prompt. And I like Americans nearly as much as I like Uruguayans. But anyway, I didnt receive my December issue at the end of October. So I thought ag it's Christmas time and maybe they just slowed down a bit. But last night I get this email from the publishers and they are like moer sorry that I havent received it but they have had some or other problem with distribution and are sending it. But they feel so bad they are extending my subscription and expanding it to incluide digital as well and also giving me a free video download and once again they are sorry.
So, I like that becasue I have had things like this with local mags and when you phone actually into the month of issue date they blame it's like never anything they did or can fix and maybe you get a lame little sorry and grin and bear it.
