For the bigger part, service in SA is not very good, but every once in a while, service is above all expectations. I am not sure if I am allowed to mention company names on this forum, but I will name a name.
Lance thanks buddy, if every one gave service like you do, more people will be walking around with smiles on there faces. Then there is a large music retailer in Jo'burg where we baught a keyboard. The sales people there, really care for their customers.

Yes, you may mention names and companies. The restrictions are on the companies themselves, stopping them from promoting the company or their products. So satisfied customers is a whole different ball 'o wax.
