progress... the burst is on, and the back is done!
and i couldnt resist posting this one to show how the trans colouring picks up with a flash!

just a note...
once again, the colour is so difficult to capture as we didnt have the right conditions!
the last thing to be done body wise are the edges, and the final clear coat at the end..
now its just the neck to be finished off, and then final assembly!
a not about the neck.. depending how the sealer and clearcoat change the wood colour, it might get a slight amber tint, or maybe even an amber with a slight black tint to darken the neck slightly.. but it all depends whay happens when the neck gets clearcoated!
lastly, the colour of the body and burst really is very close to the custom shop in my previous post!
its getting closer to being done! hell, maybe its finished when im back from durban on the 11th!
better pictures will ge taken once final assembly is done!
maybe one of my guitarforum friends will be able to help on that front! ?
