I played for some time a few years ago, and really enjoyed it. I was a Minmitar pilot, tried my hand at militia stuff, cargo runs, ended doing quite a lot of piracy in lowsec space (badly, I died a lot more than I killed anyone).
Great MMO, nothing quite like it. I don't play MMOs much anymore because I keep thinking, "what if I'd put the 900-odd hours that I put into WoW, into my guitar playing?"
Hahaha! Agreed!
I mostly play late in the evenings and I've been pirating for about 3 years straight now. I'm living in the Molden Heath region, the locals are a great bunch of characters. I mostly do my own thing and now and then shoot things with a few friends I've had for ages. "Settled down" as it were ?.
I find that EVE is all I play these days and I keep it to late evenings when guitar playing would either not make sense or would be happening at a gig!
