Anyone know the current price and delivery of the AXE FX unit?

Tone Merchants have them for $2,199. You'll have to call them for delivery charges and to order:

Try Ebay for international sellers - the only things you need to find out are shipping costs and customs/vat
Alternatively - open a www.myus.com account.
It's a personal US mailbox that you can forward items to.
Buy directly from fractal audio (people who make the axe fx)
Then ship to your myus mailbox.
They will package and DHL to you within a week.
Again, shipping costs plus customs/vat need to be worked out.
Lastly - try asking around locally - maybe someone has one to sell.
I'd ballpark the total cost to about R26k- R28k
