Connection refused

hey guys,

im getting a cnnection refused error... on port 60 or something..

using Opera mobile 12 (desktop view) on android ics..
opera mini 7 on android ics
opera mini 7 on symbian^3

its not all the time, intermittently, but then the site is down for a few minutes...

Maybe post a screenshot of the error so I can see what's happening and take it from there.
