Thanks! It was either Olympic White or Arctic White, but a very White. I've had her since 1997 and can't remember why I stripped her. They such nice guitars that often people want to modify them and drill string throughs (make them more professional), but the true beauty of these silver series guitars are to simply leave them as original as they are. I see them pop up for sale overseas, but nearly 99% of them have been modified (Telecaster Silver Series).
The 'Silver Series' models are known to be top end Squiers made from better quality components (for example: 'Gotoh' machine heads) than the 'Standard' Squiers of the time. They also appear to have had a limited run in the early 90's before Fugi Gen Gakki lost the Squier contract to Korean and China. Decent pickups, and a very comfortable guitar to play.
This was the Stratocaster model adopted by none other than George Harrison from the mid-'90s until his sad, untimely demise."
