Song Remains, but more for the extra fillips and frills Page throws into the arpeggios, many of which I have incorporated into my version. I have never played (or even learned) the solo.
I don't think the guitar parts in Stairway are difficult. A good study in dynamics though. Rene and I had a laugh about it a while ago - you can perform a piece of Vai, McLaughlin or any of a hundred really challenging technical pieces and the audience yawns, but play Stairway and all of a sudden you are a local guitar god (true story! ?).
