Tube Amps and Pedals

i am thinking of getting a laney cub8 or cub10 amp in the next few weeks , probably leaning towards the cub10 at the moment , now my question is how well do these take to digital pedals , i currently have the zoom g1nx which i recently bought . just wondering if i am wasting all the tube goodness going threw a digital pedal .

Great amps those cub 10's are.

As far as taking digital pedals, consider that the cubs are quite dirty and aggressive. Which may overshadow your sounds.

I would rather consider an Ibanez TSA in that price range. It is more twangy and has more clean head room.
Better for pedals.

Both nice sounding amps. Gigged with both many times.
Cub is great for that cranked overdriven sound. TSA is a clean slate with a great built in OD.

If you're going to be playing live, consider rather getting a cub 12. I know from experience that a smaller speaker gets easily overwhelmed in a band setting.

Best thing you can do regarding your pedal is test it with the amp. I come from a generation that looks with horror on anything with the Zoom label so I'm prejudiced.
