Any dart players out there?

One of the main reasons Ive not been playing guitar lately is the magic game of darts. If you are not hooked yet ....Stay away from the game. Its just as addictive as music. The thrill of throwing a 180 in a game is the same as a great guitar solo. Its a BIG time stealer but I'm enjoying every minute. Just wanted to warn you guys.

Been playing for years , even going as far as buying and electronic dart to practice on at home . almost as bad as Guitar GAS , i have a box full of flights and stems and about 5 sets of darts from brass to titanium

Awesome stuff! I don't play myself, but i have a colleague who is an avid dart player.
180 is a very good score. There are some local guys who close games with 9 darts, where the average i believe is usually 12 -15.

Been hooked for many years too!
We have 2 boards set up at my local and it really keeps a brother busy!
And Like guitar it really goes well with a lot of beer!

I'm a big player. I'm in a local league playing in our diplomatic series 6/85 and am currently including a new board in my man cave.....

Had the same darts since the 80's as they were my dads who got them from the world matchplay champion at the time. But yup..........it's highly addictive once you get good at it.

It goes well with a bit of beer.........too much and it goes crap....lol.
