Johnny-B According to this circuit diagram for the Ibanez CP9, http://www.dirk-hendrik.com/images/Ibanez_CP9.gif, the circuit uses an LM13600 Dual Operational Transconductance Amplifiers with Linearizing Diodes and Buffers, which is not your common or garden op amp. It is a 16 pin DIP package.
