giggsy Which one should I get? Is 64GB overkill? Will be used primarily for a few guitar/music apps, general browsing, one or two magazines and a storing a few movies/tv programmes for me - all my music is on my iPod which goes wherever I go - and then for my 5 year old girl (kiddies books, colouring/painting apps, Barbie apps etc). Its only an extra R40 a month on that FNB offer, but not sure if I'll need the extra space (although I know someone will say that you could always use more space).
ftcl More space is always welcome. ? My wife's got the16GB iPad 2 with a couple of magazines, TED talks, loads of books and a host of apps (including stuff like the AniMoog). She reckons the only annoying thing is that she needs to archive the magazines after reading them, however, to be fair, they are fairly big per issue (magazines mostly read are Empire and Wired). Otherwise, she has no complaints. Hope it helps...
giggsy Thanks ftcl - was happy with getting the 16GB, but then the 32GB was only R40 more a month than the 16GB, so thats a no-brainer, but then the 64GB only another R40 a month... :-\
Scorched I've got a 16 gig iPhone and coming from a 80 gig ipod, I genuinely feel that I'm not inhibited. Although if you can afford it; "more the merrier". ?
Sean We have the 16 gig, don't come close to using it all, reckon the 32 gig will be more than enough. All depends what you want to keep on it.
BluJu 40*24=960 so it's almost 2k from the 16gig to the 64gig. If you use your pc a lot there is no reason to need more than 16gigs. Just plug it in every once in a while and change your content. Memory is cheap so the relatively large price gap is a marketing thing.
