I heard that TOMS Sandton has just received their first shipment of Tom Anderson guitars. Apparently one or two have already been sold as well. Thought y'all would like to know ... ?

You're obviously a fan, but it doesn't do the brand any justice to insult people just because they don't get excited over them. They are a relatively small manufacturer and hardly thick on the floor anywhere in the world, let alone here, so the majority of members will likely never see one in the flesh. I'll wager most local players haven't even heard of them yet.

The thread and TA would have been better served if you had reposted the pics of your Droptop and Bulldog rather than berating everyone for not sharing your passion.

Fwiw I think the Tom Anderson strats are some of the most desirable Strats around. The reason I wasn't posting oh and ah was that I am still trying to hide the chronical GAS problem I have. Many people here would either not have the money for a TA or not dare admit that they will buy one at the first opportunity... :-[

PS I like a good tease but you must use the right emoticons to not get taken too seriously ?
