While I can't say for sure, I can almost guarantee that a Fender Strat pickguard will not fit a Yamaha. Many of the Fender pickguards don't quite fit their own Mexican or Squier models without repositioning a few holes.
I usually make my own pickguards - mostly because I usually only use volume controls (two in this case):
I buy blanks of material which are big enough to do two guitars, including backplates. The other advantage of doing this is that I have spare material left over for when I plug holes left by switches. If you have a look at the big version of the pic above
