It's on the way - PRS P22!

This has been a bit of a wait but it's finally on the way and I hope to be able to report back on what I hope will be a very versatile guitar for my purpose.

This is what initially piqued my interest and after checking with a few friends in USA etc I decided to take the plunge:

It's a PRS "feature". Not a fan of it myself. ?

I must admit I am also not a fan of the heel block but it will have to do... ?

I e-mailed LR Baggs about the piezo system and they stated that the system on the P22 has been something they have been working on with PRS for a while now and that it is different to their aftermarket piezo X-Bridge etc systems which were much "thinner" sounding.

I am hoping this will provide me with the versatility that I have looked for for a while now.

Alan, you once told me that it would be better to go for an electric with a piezo than visa versa. It took a while, a bit of wasted cash but I agree now. There is just no acoustic focused hybrid guitar that gives a decent electric tone.

This is a worship guitarists dream. Beautiful acoustic and rocking electric tones in one. Severe GAS attack has taken over me. Any idea who stocks these guitars locally and price range. I know PRS offers them as part of their artist package as well. I'm just looking for the stock one.
