Anyone tried or using an auto wah pedal instead of a standard wah foot control pedal. I only need wah for one song taht we play every now and again, although I am sure I will find more use for the sound if I get a pedal ?
I tried the Boss Auto Wah and didn't like the tone but am looking at a MP Snow White or normal Wah pedal.
Also which to go for in either?
Advice, thoughts etc?

I say wah. You have much more control.

I prefer autowah most of the time - particularly for rhythm and any kind of staccato playing. However a standard wah gives you more expressive control for soloing.
BTW, I've always been fond of the Ibanez (now Maxon) AF-9 for a single pedal. Joe Moore has my last one and PMs me regularly to thank me for it. ?
