TC Flashback vs MXR Carbon Copy vs MP Deep Blue?

I am looking for a simple delay pedal and have narrowed the choice down to these three. I will also look at using the pedal for both electric and acoustic or are some better suited to electric and visa versa ...?

I have only looked at You Tube Demos of the MP and have played around a little on the TC and MXR. To my ears the MXR seems a little warmer on the delay tone than the TC but it could be subjective.

Any advice, thoughts, views etc?

I just picked up the MXR CC last week (I was looking for warm analogue delay) and I am pretty happy with it. I do find that its very subtle so often it kinda feels like its not even on? but when my amp os louder then its all good. I dont think it will leave my board anytime soon. The tone is definitely warm

I am not too sure the extra cost and shipping justifies the Mad Professor but my take on the TC and MXR after tryng out is that the TC is more versatile and perhaps brighter, and the MXR is a "warmer" tone with the delay signal at a slightly reduced volume. This could be as a result of the more analog tone that gives this effect but that is my impression. Will decide this week...

Roy, as you know, i have been very happy with the TC Flbk and to add to the confusion of delay sounds, I recently starting using a T-Tex Replica, which I am extremely happy with. Yes, it is expensive (but, I did a swop) and hard to justify if you see it as just another good delay pedal. BTW, more confusion, the Way Huge Aqua Puss is excellent, if you are looking for old school analog (only - nothing else) and another close contender is the Hardwire DL-8. And don't forget that tap tempo is a useful feature to have, which I dont think the MXR CC has (?).

I've recently got hold of a second hand one of these. It's my first delay and I'm very happy so far. It only has 300ms of delay which isn't the longest (MXR CC has 600) and it has no tap tempo but that suits me - nice and simple.
