Peavey 6505+ 112 footswitch schematic help

So I dont have the footswitch for my amp, which is apparently just a stereo footswitch (2 buttons).

Does anyone have a schematic for one? Not sure how to wire one up as I want to make my own. The stock ones are expensive and horrible plastic things which I doubt will last long with me.

Do you just ground the 2 signal lines or something?

Cool, just a straight ground, or through a pull down (maybe 4k7 - 10k) resistor?

Well, I think this is solved from here (at the bottom of the page) http://acapella.harmony-central.com/showthread.php?1717180-Footswitch-wiring-diagram . It seems super simple, to make a 2 switch footpedal with LED's.
