I am in desperate need of some help please.
My Line 6 HD100 Spider Valve head was in my bakkie a while ago when someone klapped into the back of me and it took a knock. It started to crackle and drop in volume intermittently.
I took it in to get re-tubed and biased last week as it turned out that 2 of the power amp tubes where stuffed. This seemed to work initially until it started crackling and dropping volume intermittently again.
I've tried just about everything I can think of through process of illimination i.e. new cables,different cabs, different heads, straight into the amp, via my pedalboard etc etc. and don't know what the hell is causing this.
I have a gig coming up on the weekend and need to have the amp working properlly before then.
Any suggestions?
