Thanks. That worked, but I see it's the same info that I got forwarded from Thomann.
I just expected to be able to find out where it is right now. I suppose I'll just have to sit tight :-\
By the time my guitar arrives, I would have chewed my fingers through >☹
At least now I don't have to carry on trying to get info over the phone!
So far it's been like this:
Phone DHL (local), get referred to DHL Global.
Phone them, get referred to JHB Mail Exchange.
Phone them, get told parcel has not arrived, get referred back to DHL Global.
Phone them again and demand to get told where the damn parcel is, and they tell me the only place that can tell me where it currently is, is DHL Mail.
Call the number they give me for "DHL Mail", and it turns out to be JHB Mail Exchange again!!!!!!! >☹ >☹ >☹ >☹ >☹
fml.
If the first titface just told me that it is not traceable whilst en-route, I would have left it at that and it would of saved my co-workers from being subjected to a great deal of profanity.
Thanks for the help though ?

Call 021 590 5712 or 5713. Tell them you are lookin for the local tracking number, can you supply them with your international tracking number. Give them the 166xxxxx number they should give you a local number for it or tell you where it is (if its even in the country yet).
