Good stuff Alan. I always love these kind of lists. Always find some great guitarists you have not been exposed too.
Phil Keaggy is huge, for anyone who hasn't heard him.
I had an album long years ago called The Wind and the Wheat, pure genius, sadly out of print, desperately searching for a copy...

+1. I was quite surprised when Keaggy put down his Ibanez and went the acoustic route.
Still a monster player on both electric & acoustic.

This is a much better list than the rubbish ones you find in popular magazines...including the ones solely dedicated to all things guitar.

I guess it's a cool list, but I don't really know so much about the part where they compare Kaki King to Preston Reed or Michael Hedges...I do like her music and have many of her albums, but I can't help but feel that that's a bit of a leap...

Had they said Antoine Dufour I would completely agree though ? That dude seriously pushes the envelope ?

I'm with you there - I've always seen her as a poor man's Hedges and quite derivative. She's good, but I wouldn't put her with the august ('scuse the pun) company on that list.
