Shocking Gumtree Deal

TI-Distribution

I came across this Gumtree deal for a Boss RV5 Pedal that touched a nerve somewhere.

Now is this not going openly against the local Boss Distributor? Plus where on earth does he get the retail price? They retail R 1699 here BEFORE discount.

I see the company has a website aswell.

Your thoughts?

They posted an ad for a "Gibson Les Pual" at some point too. There was a thread about it somewhere.

Just checked out their website and they're by no means cheap... But still, they have alot of products which probably openly goes against the local distributors. It all seems a little strange to me

They regularly advertise quite a few Gibson's and Epiphone's, always asking a 50% deposit... Could very well be that they don't actually keep all the stock and use the deposit to grey-import the gear on demand... Fishy...
