PRS in SA

So... i know there are a few forumites with some gorgeous PRS guitars...
But where did you all buy them from?

i would so like to see a PRS Hollowbody II in real life and hear it personally..
Youtube and the like arent great when it comes to that kinda thing...

There's PRS USA guitars in TOMS Sandton and Music Connection...
Haven't see a PRS Hollowbody II in a Joburg store, but seen many of the other models.

However, you have to go into the music store to see them, you can't see them over the phone. ? ? ?

Yeah i know Tokai! I'd probably have to sell a kidney to afford one anyway :-[
not the point though, i need to see one in real life... i have this urge...
Its difficult to explain... few guitars (or anything else) have given me tears just by looking at them..
but this... evokes feelings of lust and desire i thought only possible for the fairer sex!

If it turns out how i hope it will, one day in the future i will definitely own a Hollowbody II!
im not even greedy, i only need 2 other guitars! maybe 3! ?

Mojo's hollow is my favourite ever PRS, I think it's actually a hollow McCarty though...

I'll probably be posting my PRS Custom 22 SE Semi-hollow body in the classifieds soon. It probably won't be expensive enough to fill the slot if you're seriously considering a US model but it's a great playing and versatile sounding guitar non the less... Good looking too...

McGibbon's had a hollow body PRS for sale just before they closed. It was 2nd hand and not their stock, so that may still be available somewhere.

Andy McGibbon had a beaut PRS hollowbody, his personal guitar, one of the original ones he got when he first started distributing PRS many years ago.
But, he sold it when he opened the new store.
I can't find the photos I took of it, it was gorgeous...and VERY EXPENSIVE.
As far as I remember, Chris has the same model.
