Tele Build Question

So i have been dying for a tele for a few years now and finally bit the bullet , and ordered an alder body with maple neck and rosewood finger board , and all the other bits and pieces that go with it , and should be arriving in the next week or so .

Now i am at a crossroads , PICKUPS , i would like to put in toneriders , not sure if i should go with the vintage plus or the hot classics or a mix of the two maybe a vintage plus in the bridge and hot classic neck .

now also toying with the idea of putting in a p90 in the middle , what would sound good in the middle also would a five way switch be good with this config or should i go for a push pull on the tone perhaps to engage the p90

(i generally play bluesy , rock kinda music )

My vote is Hot Classics with a P90 in the neck, and the tele pup in the middle ?

If you're going to spend all this energy and time on making a guit, reward yourself with some really nice pups. Go for Lollar T's or something man.

Hi, I just finished a Tele build and used Kinman pickups. They are expensive but well worth it in my opinion. I have 3 pickups (2 x Strat and a humbucker) with a 5 way switch which is part of Kinmans wiring harness.
