Also listening... ? ...go Jack!!!

singemonkey

A sticky brush with the soul of Jack.

And generally spot on except that Jason Pierce's "Hey Jane" -> "The Gene Genie" -> "I'm waiting for the Man." Because music is a stronger link than lyrics, says I ?. But that's not important.

What is, is that...

This is the only legitimate version of Sweet Jane ?

Thanks for listening folks! I take no responsibility for that particular triple play ?

Nice on JFJnr, I enjoyed watching the football with the commentary muted and listening to The Wrong Rock Show. Good tunes and good presenting.

For those who didn't catch it, I took the liberty to record it. So if you feel like downloading a 2 hour mp3, have fun. It's a nice listen.

? Yeah, I figured that might be the case. I was horrified when during one of my radio interviews recently, the DJ played Dancing Queen. Aargh!

I have to add that I didn't particularly enjoy the Peggy Sue version either. It's an interesting take and all. I even think it could have been good if the singer at least just pitched properly. There are few things in life that puts me off like a singer with bad intonation. ???
